10-Jun-08 10:11 PM great Phillip A.K.A Charmed Boy phillipschilling76@yahoo.com so far, i am on Chapter Nine, Debt Unintended, and it is a great book. I hope that it ends a lot better then Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, that ending just ticked me off more then watching the episode of Charmed where Prue died. grrr. In my opinion, Jeff Starr, i think that you should write your own version of all of the Harry Potter books, i know that i would definatly read them. You have made a great discovery in the Harry Potter World, please keep them coming. Thank You, Phillip Schilling
10-Jun-08 10:17 PM printed Phillip A.K.A Charmed Boy phillipschilling76@yahoo.com I printed the book out so that i could finish it, if you want a payment, please let me know, just e-mail me the cost for your work, and i will pay it. Thank You Jeff, please please please, keep them coming. Phillip Schilling

27-Jan-08 01:15 PM story olivia oliviakarawan@aol.com jeff, you're a wonderful author. i think you got the harry/ginny relationship better than rowling did. please, please write more!
27-Jan-08 07:12 PM ron olivia oliviakarawan@aol.com whoa, chapter 8 is intense, I didn't know ron was capable of the killing curse..... he wasn't a very advanced student, like hermione was. if you have opinions on this, email me
13-Jan-08 12:59 PM Fudge Jeff Here AHK, thank you for the comments. Just because Fudge is no longer Minister does not mean that he won't still be referred to by that title.
11-Jan-08 06:35 PM fudge AHK phkershner@sbcglobal.net Dude-This is AWESOME, but by the 7th book, Fudge had already been fired. Rufus Scrigemour is the new minister. Get an editor and get something published. This is GREAT!
22-Dec-07 06:32 PM wow! Alexis sneakylex131@yahoo.com wow! Jeff! your book and JKs are so similer! (but yours was wayy better! cuz the ending in JKs was WAYYY like how do i say it? confusing and didnt have like alot of details...but yours did) lol so yeah! if you ever right another book (Which i think you should!) let me know? lol
13-Dec-07 07:19 AM Plano? H.L. helen@bractime.com You don't happen to be referring to Plano in Texas? Email me-I may be a neighbor
09-Dec-07 01:57 AM dialogue B ngo@ngo.com I dont know what the details of the challenge were, but did they involve using no dialogue at all????
04-Dec-07 08:52 PM overall story and sketch Brooke GreenDay52595@aol.com ok...this is really cool, some of the sketches are amazing but others... really could improve greatly. it is quite different then J.K.'s but that is good you are trying to do your own thing. that is really cool just watch out for your intrepretation of what some of the events might be someone may have a completly different idea on it than you and that is why people will think you are not interepting scenes right keep their ideas in mind too and explain your reasoning otherwise this is great really cool and it follows the series almost com[letly
19-Nov-07 07:31 AM DA coins rabbit-patronus therabbitron@gmail.com I don't know if anyone has mentioned it... but the DA coins were entirely Hermione's idea. The writing is good... you should go to college for it. You'll be amazed at how much you pick up. The tone seems a little off from JKR's... I'm not sure how yet... I'll give you more ideas as I keep going.
19-Nov-07 07:37 AM constructive critisism rabbit-patronus therabbitron@gmail.com The difference is... you don't have and editor. This is your sentence: Whatever it took and wherever it took them, they would do what was necessary to accomplish the mission. To kill Voldemort was the goal that every living thing counted on, whether aware of the fact or not. Evidence of this mission was everywhere around Harry. This is JKR's sentence: He had never learned how to repair wounds, and now he came to think of it particularly in light of his immediate plans this seemed a serious flaw in his magical education. The difference is: your sentence is very clunky and awkward. The first part is probably too vague and at the same time, too dramatic for a publisher, (If JKR would consent... : ) "Whatever it took and wherever it took them, they would do what was necessary..." is overkill when you could say something short like: They were ready to make sacrifices in order to finish Voldy. (Sacrifices is a stronger word... good for replacing the word mission, which is used twice. My creative writing teacher gave me an exercise that has really helped me. Write your paper, then take a pair of scissors and cut out the parts that are rubbish you know repetative or wordy, etc. Just cut them and throw them away. Then piece the rest together. That is one of the best ideas ever. I love it I use it ALL the time. (I'm only writing a critique because I think your imagination is worth it. keep it up)
17-Nov-07 07:47 AM The Book Jackie A. pttrprincess@verizon.net OH MY GOD!!!!!!!! I LOVE your story! So good, and it comes pretty close to being as good as the REAL seventh. I started reading and couldn't stop!!! I love your connection to the Secret Room in the Department of Mysteries!!!!!! I just don't know what else to say... It was just so fabulous and wonderful!!!!!
08-Nov-07 03:06 AM hpandveilofdeath Pam pamcakes1263@yahoo.com What a wonderful job you did with this story!! Yuu should write the story of the Marauder's, and how James and Lily get together. I'd love to read your version of that story. Keep writing and I'll keep reading. Thanks for the entertainment. Oh, do you have any other stories available? pamcakes1263@yahoo.com
04-Nov-07 10:03 PM veil of death pam pam1949@gmail.com I don't know how long you've been writing, but this was excellent!!! I'm late in reading this, as Book 7 has come out and I have read it. Wasn't really that happy with it, it was o.k. not one of my favorites. I really enjoyed yours. Only a couple of things bothered me. The way Harry spoke, just didn't sound like the Harry we have known before. But, unlike J.K. Rowling, you finished the story perfectly, we knew what (almost) everyone was doing. Thank you for a great story, keep up the writing, you are very good!!!
31-Oct-07 11:07 PM Improve exposure SpookyMulder admin@spookamania.com Why not post this in my archive for HP fanfiction? You are a talented writer and that's what my site is about. It's also small and select, yet gets plenty of traffic. You won;t be a needle in a haystack like on the big sites. Have a look at www.spookamania.com We could use a few new good stories. Also, I have a page for affiliates. Check the bottom of my index page for details. Your link would be displayed on my index and also in my archive. Hope to hear from you! Spooky

08-Oct-07 09:34 AM Great Work! Specialbear onespecialbear@yahoo.com You show a lot of potential, Jeff. You have done a good job here, it was very well thought out and executed. Congratulations!
30-Sep-07 08:03 AM your storie Larry goldwingrider6@yahoo.com Thankyou for a well spent day of reading. I enjoyed it much more then the last real Harry Potter book.
26-Sep-07 12:19 PM Sam's sister Casey kccheers@hotmail.com Overall I thought the story was pretty good. There were a some things that I didn't like, and there were a few things that I thought were better than J.K. Rowling's book (really good connection with the Department of Mysteries). good points: - I liked that you connected the Department of Mysteries. It was the totally perfect place for the war to end because that is also where the war with Voldemort started. - I also liked the ending about their lives after the war, though I didn't like the point of view that it was told from. - I liked that you had Snape save Harry from Voldemort. That was pretty cool and a good guess at what was really going to happen. - I liked the description of Fleur and Bill's wedding - very romantic and detailed. - I liked how you brought Harry's mom into the story and connected her with the Department of Mysteries. - I REALLY liked how you had Harry remove his own blood from Voldemorts body and how you set Harry's scar as one of the Horcruxes. (By the way, did Harry's scar disappear afterwards?) bad points: - Draco and Neville's deaths were WAY to simple. Both of those characters were important in the first six books, so their death's should have been MUCH more detailed and complicated. - Getting rid of the Horcruxes was way to easy. The war should not have ended quite so quickly either. - Although I liked that you brought Viktor Krum back into the story, his character didn't really play much of a role. -You switched between 1st and 3rd person way to much. All the books were supposed to be writen in 3rd person from Harry's point of view. -Not enough dialogue. - I really didn't like that you had Ron, Harry, and Dobby kill. The whole point at the end of the sixth book with Draco was that Dumbledore didn't want Draco to "taint" his soul by killing another person. I just don't think it fits for these characters to have done so, especially since they were dealing with the horcruxes.
22-Sep-07 02:47 PM Your "BOOK" Lauren lauren.maiden@comcast.net I wish Deathly Hallows had read something like this-- Honestly DH was too long and it was almost like an encyclopedia JK was trying to tie up so many loose ends. Still don't know what Hermione would have seen in Ron but oh well. Thanks for a good read

17-Jul-07 12:03 PM crookshanks is not a cat Laura B. jkrowlingfan@yahoo.net crookshanks is not a cat. he is a kneazle. kneazles are highly intelligent animals. they are like large cats and can be rather violent. however if it likes a particular witch or wizard it will be kind to them. also kneazles are very good at spotting anyone suspicious. all that is in fantastic beasts and where to find them.

13-Jul-07 03:48 PM Puctuation John Christensen musicman.hard@yahoo.com Not to sound like an English teach, but your writing is fantastic, and only one thing completely stook out and made me mad: you forgot to place an "end quote" at the very end of your story, Mr. Starr.
12-Jul-07 05:39 PM Harry Potter Story Hamad 007@sbcglobal.net That was a hella tight story. You should start writing Harry Potter books when J.K. Rowling stops!

06-Jul-07 08:10 AM Your story elizabeth eabnightengale@hotmail.com, I really enjoyed reading your rendering of the final book in the Hp series. Well written and thoroughly thought out. I know that 7 is the last but you would do well to continue the series on your own, just for fun. Great ending!!!
05-Jul-07 07:22 AM fantastic thing you are doing tovorinok kvkverkrkrrr@vinbazar.com Hi Great book. I just want to say what a fantastic thing you are doing! Good luck! Bye
29-Jun-07 02:08 PM veil of death Joanne javaqueen1904@adelphia.net hey jeff, enjoyed your book. liked how you work things out. very imaginative. can't wait until 7/21. plan on holing up and having a good read. or several good reads, actually. also just finished another fan version of book 7: great plot, but too much "snogging" between the characters.
29-Jun-07 08:10 PM The Story Jim Kanelos jakanelos@yahoo.com I can't believe how emotional I was by the time I reached the end. It was perfect. Thanx for this story...

26-Jun-07 03:23 PM veil of death Jayme angiekaiser@comcast.net that was an amazing and intriguing book and it seems like it could fit right in as an alternative ending for the series.
26-Jun-07 03:23 PM veil of death Jayme 14975@comcast.net that was an amazing and intriguing book and it seems like it could fit right in as an alternative ending for the series.
26-Jun-07 03:27 PM you like totally have to write more Jayme kaiser kaiser1497@yahoo.net you really should continue writing that seriously seemed like it fit right in with the actual harry potter series. but in the end it probably should have showed voldemort dying in a more respectable way. but all in all it was and amazing book and could easily be an alternative ending to the beloved harry potter series. you are an amazing author and if you don't soon write more many people will be very dissapointed that you are letting such genius go to waste. if you continue sustaining us after the deathly hallows everyone will be able to continue enjoying tha adventures of the troublesome trio and we will all be grateful to you for bringing us such joy. Remember the story always continues beyond the books so you need to tell that story. i hope that you will take my advice and you will be able to suit everyone's needs and taste. you certainly made me both speechless and breathless. jayme
26-Jun-07 03:37 PM confused jayme kaiser1497@comcast.net that was a wonderful book but i got confused about who was married to who and which kids they had but other than that that was a wonderful book and you should not let such genius go to waste keep writing. jayme. p.s. please answer me
26-Jun-07 07:53 PM veil of death sue sueclark826@mac.com Jeff your story was wonderful, I am sure it is or will be almost as good as J K Rowling final book #7
25-Jun-07 12:45 PM harry Potter and the veil of death Katya galadrial_evenstar00000@yahoo.com I love your book! sent it to scholastic! please write more! I could read it over and over again!
14-Jun-07 05:24 AM More, please! Nancy nancyjmcd@gmail.com Jeff, it was a pleasure being your beta reader for this book and I feel privileged to have been involved at some level right from the beginning! I really enjoy reading the comments from your devoted fan base and I also hope that, once JKR's Book 7 comes out, you'll be inspired to write some short stories, if not another novella, continuing the adventures of the trio. We'll definitely need more HP stories to sustain us after the final book. There are many thousands of fan fic stories out there, but the quality of "HP and the Veil of Death" truly raises the bar. Wonderful work - keep writing (please?) Nancy
13-Jun-07 05:32 PM The Giant Squid Evan tennisboy2477@aim.com That book was amazing! If you're reading this Jeff Starr, I think i should tell you something that happens in the real seventh book (although for a few minutes i forgot that you made up that other version of HP 7.) My parents happen to be well on terms with Rowling. I would like to tell u that the giant squid in the Hogwart's lake is actually an animagiusand on the eleventh hour turns into Godric Gryffindore. If you're thinking of writing another book like this, keep in touch.
12-Jun-07 08:19 AM the whole book jessica kittenkirara@yahoo.com it was awesome! it was as good as the ones by j.k. rowlings!
08-Jun-07 11:09 AM Picture Cecilia Antoinette amorrow@mo-net.com Those were good pictures. The script was also realistic, which is good.

29-May-07 11:07 PM I never would have thought.. killxvoldemort threedaysgracesd@aol.com That a fanfiction could keep me so interested as this one. Your writing style could rival JKR's! I couldnt believe the detail, the action, the intensity - not to mention the subtle clues you pepper into your stories. The sketches were great as well. I think you should go into writing, like write a book. I would definetely be a reader! Now onto the plotline. Most Fanfiction writewr can stray from the plot, or else lose my interest halfway through. But you kept your plot flowing, and your ideas were amazing, too! I want to thatnk you for keeping me entertained, and PLEASE, PLEASEE, keep up the good work :]

22-May-07 06:59 PM Scar Jeff Here Hi Alexis. JKR said long ago that her original final chapter ended with the word "scar". That's why I ended my version the way I did.
22-May-07 04:10 PM ahhhhh alexis sneakylex131@yahoo.com ooo... well i thought it was cause people are saying that the last word in the 7th book is "scar". so i just thought it was
21-May-07 05:08 PM ahem.. PLZ ANSWER THIS! alexis sneakylex131@yahoo.com hey is there a site online somewere were u can read the 7th hp book for free?can some 1 plz tell me?
21-May-07 07:58 PM DH Jeff Here Alexis: Deathly Hallows will not be out until July 21st, and you can be sure that it will not be available online. If I were you, I would go to your local library and get your name on the list for the book when it comes out.
19-May-07 01:50 PM wow oksana nanimun@hotmail.com this was awesome,u with the rumors that the last word would be 'scar' u think harry would be killed but with writing this book it gives a whole new perspective of the theory,it was very well written and it keeps people wondering.......
19-May-07 03:46 PM wow oksana nanimun@hotmail.com as i say again this was well written, and as the last word appears to be scar i was thinking of a different ending if harry died or was to be killed, my last sentence would be something like," that is the end of the boy with the lightning bolt scar."
19-May-07 08:39 PM WOW Alyssa alyssaperez_07@hotmail.com this was a very good theory of what is to happen in the deathly hollows..i absoultly couldnt stop reading..you do very good work
16-May-07 12:37 AM oh yea nikia vanityrod@yahoo.com that was so awesome i hope theres another book but wow what a way to go !!!!!!!!!!!!!
16-May-07 02:03 PM Good read, but ? Abenjami wiggin225@yahoo.com It was well done, you definitely have talent. On the downside, it was very militaristic, reminded me of Ender Wiggin in battle school (great series by Orson Scott Card), which is a big departure from JKR's style. It was also a big departure from the real HP books to have the "good" guys throwing around unforgivable curses left and right. Great for impact ("I can't believe Ron just did that!"), but undermines the innate goodness of the characters. You have to enjoy torturing someone to make Crucio work (was that in GoF that Harry learned that, or HBP?), I can't see them turning into sadists - if you turn as dark as what you're fighting, can your victory really be an improvement? I realize that sounds much more negative that I want it to. I really enjoyed reading it, it's helped me make the holdover to June 21st, and it was well done. Ain't nothing like the real thing, I guess. Thanks for the read:)
16-May-07 02:10 PM Dumbledore Abenjami wiggin225@yahoo.com Maybe V sent Snape his wand FedEx, maybe he downed some Polyjuice so he could be in on it directly, grab something of value from Hogwarts. Maybe Dumbledore isn't dead (JKR never said she was killing a major character that book), and Snape was working with him (Dumbledore) so D could go underground to seek out the remaining Horcruxi Maybe Maybe Maybe Can June 21st come any sooner?!?!?
15-May-07 12:51 AM Excellent Jordan Sayyah jordan_sayyah@yahoo.com That was awesome! Although getting rid of the Horcuxes shouldn't be that easy cause Dumbledore lost an arm by geting rid of one. I liked how you went to the next generation at the end, that was a good idea! I hope the real book ends just as happily.
15-May-07 04:57 PM the book tim tberger17512@yahoo.com well there were a few parts that had me as emotional as jkrowlings work but i still am a littke upset for it was a quick read
14-May-07 02:56 PM EMILY PIERCE!!!! alexis sneakylex131@yahoo.com emily ur so mean try reading this book its really really good!

05-May-07 03:03 PM story Patrick Cross patcross6994@sbcglobal.net VERY GOOD! VERY GOOD! I enjoyed it the whole way through. I agree with the other comments, you should write other HP stories.

01-May-07 09:37 AM Awesome Liz Stephens cute_janers@yahoo.com I really enjoy reading it! It's been really good so far. The details and descriptions are awesome.
01-May-07 01:20 PM STORY LESLIE505 GOLFNUT EXCELLENT
30-Apr-07 07:14 PM nice tom homermeyer@hotmail.com that's pretty sweet, you write alot like Rowling does. It's just as suspensing as her books.
30-Apr-07 08:00 PM good tim dragonboytim@yahoo.com this was pretty good, but it needs to be longer and with more dialogue. i finished the thing in like an hour and a half. but it was still a good read. nice job
28-Apr-07 01:43 AM wow Katherine KathyAF@comcast.net This was a fantastic fan fiction. I wish it was longer though....it made me actually think that it was a part of the harry potter series. It was truly amazing. and I love how you had Ron and Hermione's child in the class....and Harry and Ginny's children in the class as well. hahaha have you written more?
28-Apr-07 03:57 PM story David thatcheeseisminehoe@yahoo.com that was the best story ever. you should make your own Harry Potter series of when he's an adult. you rival J.K. Rowling i believe if she were to read this she would want to meet you and start a adult Harry Potter series
25-Apr-07 03:49 PM Jeff Starr's book Mekoz4JC Mekoz4JC@aol.com I thought the book was really good. Too bad it wsn't longer!
25-Apr-07 08:30 PM hahaha nicole fender@hotmail.com i still haven't reached the point where im sick of Harry Potter... I think im immune to it.....&& im actually surprised im not sick of it, because i've read all six books at least six times. =] i love them... and this will be my second time reading this story. then im starting all the books over again before the fifth movie and seventh book =]
25-Apr-07 08:40 PM well cody ckorreck111@yahoo.com well i was bored one day and my grandma had all six books of harry potter and i just started to read them it was really intresting and it was like i was there when i read theses books
23-Apr-07 05:34 PM omg vicky nickie93@earthlink.net sorry, i only read a little bit of it, but it's kinda cool from what i read....nd you def. NEED more pics lol ;)
23-Apr-07 07:47 PM who is? nicole fender@hotmail.com who is Glynis? It couldn't be Ron and Hermonie's daughter bc they aren't related to Harry, so how is Harry related to her.
22-Apr-07 06:48 PM NOOOOOOO!!!!!!! Kaitlyn kitkat2rules@fuse.net NO NO NO NO NO NO NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Most of the stuff you put in this WOULD NOT HAPPPPEEENNN!!!!!!!!! THERES SO MANY I CAN'T EVEN LIST HALF OF THEM!!!
22-Apr-07 06:52 PM one last thing..... Kaitlyn kitkat2rules@fuse.net whose daughter was Glynis? What was the family tree?
21-Apr-07 09:09 PM me likey so far Vanessa my_unique_self@yahoo.com ive only read 2 chapters of it so far but it grabs my attention and sucks me in like it would if it were written by Rowling herself.. great job, hope to see more like this from you in the future after she's done with her series... wich im dreading, i'll never be over my potter addiction and im gonna need a fix every now and then.. =]
20-Apr-07 01:24 PM Really good! Willow tonksfan693@hotmail.com I love your story, it's really, really good. It's so much like one of the books I almost can't beleive it. I also really like the fan art.
20-Apr-07 09:39 PM hmmm.... Kaitlyn kitkat2rules@fuse.net i think its a good lead, but in truth, it just dosn't sound like Harry. And,as cruel and bad and evil as Voldemort is, he would't just kill a Death Eater like that just to try to convince Fudge to tell some info that he could have gotten from Legimacy. he just dosn't have that many followers to do that.
20-Apr-07 10:28 PM Your talented Cyndi cinnabon16@hotmail.com Your very talented I love the diologe Im also writing my own Hp book I sometimes wish that my story could be known
19-Apr-07 06:36 AM Amazing Melissa Charmedsisters_30@hotmail.com Your story was AMAZING.... I hope that the 'real' Book 7 is equally as good....
19-Apr-07 05:45 PM wow Miki fieldhockeegurl@yahoo.com Wow, I really thought it was the real harry potter! I didn't want to stop reading it! I still have more to go but all I have to say is amazing!! :)
19-Apr-07 07:07 PM Cool...buut still Anjel D_Angel@yahoo.com i thought it was a good story but i cant help but think that there was 2 many killing going on. too many people using the killing curse. but other than that it was a good ending. but you made it tooo easy for them to find the other horcruxes. and what happend to r.a.b and dumbledore coming out of voldemorts wand. other than that i enjoyed the story and can only wait til the 21st for book 7 to come out
19-Apr-07 02:11 PM wow nicole fender@hotmail.com I just finished reading the story!! I LOVED IT! thanks for writting it...can't wait to read your next one.
17-Apr-07 03:22 PM this version was so good that i ... phillip schilling h_p_r_w_h_g@hotmail.com jeff this version was so good that i actually copied it and posted it as a bulliton on my myspace profile but dont worry i gave u full credit for it bc i personally hate pladgerisum and would love to kill people that do pladgerize.. i hope u won the contest, but personally i want harry to win, and i would love to see a relationship grow between harry and draco....
16-Apr-07 10:46 AM Book 7 FullMetal fullmetal_alchemist0023@yahoo.com Man, I was blown away after I read this. I enjoyed reading the book, it was awesome. There are just a couple parts you left out, like what Dudley's worst memory was when the dementors attacked him, and who R.A.B was and how he got the locket from the cave, even though you showed where the locket ended up in Sirius' house. other than that it was good. I especially enjoyed reading about Electra and how you introduced her. I can't wait to read the last book and I'm sure you feel the same way. Again good job on Harry Potter and the Veil of Death. Sam Lubbock, TX
16-Apr-07 11:04 AM Well Done!! TGWW notme@nonet.com I'm what you would consider "an OLD Wizard" ... 55 ... and I have to say .. I enjoyed yur version of book 7 very ll Done!
16-Apr-07 11:11 AM I wonder?? Gabrielle{ Gabi } bouvierd Wow! I know this isnt the ending but I cant help notice that in the 7th book the last word was " scar." Did you put some of the 7th book in this copy? And will Harry see his parents in the 7th book?
16-Apr-07 12:33 PM Questions Jeff Here Thank you, everyone, for the nice comments. I do appreciate them! Gabi, remember this was my own version of Book 7, and I put in it what I wanted to see. I made no attempt to predict what JKR will do in Deathly Hallows, except for making it end with the word "scar".
16-Apr-07 04:52 PM Effin Awesome Miss_Amber noluv4me_2009@yahoo.com Yeah i pretty much loved it...when i got to tha part about Snape sacrificing himself 4 harry i started thinking...'If this were the actual final book, then what would compel Snape to save Harry's life yet again..But then i jsut started reading again...when i got to the end where Dumbledore appears out of Voldemorts wand then i really got to thinking...What if Snape didnt kill dumbledore.? What if it was really voldemort disguised as Dumbledore? But yeah..this would B an interesting ending to the series..but U did leave quite a few things out which if put in would've been an even better book...please feel free to email me...i would love to talk to U and ask U a few things...
15-Apr-07 01:24 PM that was great Thatgurl09 ttmmc05@yahoo.com You put a nice touch to the story almost as if J.K helped you and gave you an idea of where it(the story) was going. Thank you so much.
15-Apr-07 04:11 PM THanks Amber R. Foster steelersrulz17@myspace.com I hope that this does happen except for the murder of Longbottom, but that would be cool.
15-Apr-07 06:04 PM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Zoe zoek812@yahoo.com your book is amazing. Almost as good as J.K. Rowling. You planed it perfectly. It was just like I think the 7 should be. The ending was just how I imagend it. wi -th harry becoming the D.A.D.A. professor, Hermione marrying Ron and Aurther Weasley becoming minister of magic. Now, there where some things that I knew like, of course Lily Evans Potter was a unspeakable, I mean she's supuer smart. I'm not suprised that she wase'nt minister of magic! Also, everyone knows that Fred and George where going to become rich and famus with Weasley Wizding Whesezes and bought out Zonko's Joke Shop. Once again, you're book rocks!!!! :)
14-Apr-07 10:53 AM Not JK Rowling's Preston prock_85@hotmail.com You have a unique perspective on the next book, but alas, only Rowling can truly finish the book and I feel it has to be perfect and finish all the loose ends.
13-Apr-07 11:22 AM Ending Kierstin lidi-kitty@hotmail.com Oh my god, i read the last few paragraphs and i wanted to cry! That is such an amazing end to the story!
13-Apr-07 02:54 PM WOW!!! Mandy amandastacy@bellsouth.net Ok. I know this is not the real ending to the series, but I can't help but wish that it was. I have been in anticipation of the ending for over two years. You gave every character the "happy ending" that everyone so desperately wants. Many kudos go out to you!! Thanks!
13-Apr-07 04:06 PM im a writer, and have a few questions dusty Campbell dstycampbell@yahoo.com I wrote some short stories I call Albus files. They range; from Dumbledore at school, defeating Grindelwald. and so on. sometimes it's difficult to research certain things. could you tell me some web sites you looked at? Also i'd like to talk privately through email on some other topics. i.e. how you made this page.
13-Apr-07 11:52 PM Amazing Megan megankitto_905@hotmail.com All I can say is that this story was amazing, I felt like I was acturlly reading the book! I believe it could of had more charachter talking but it was still AMAZING!
12-Apr-07 09:36 AM Amazing Andrew pizzalover909@yahoo.com Hey! Your story is great and I love the art. If you could E-mail me I have a question for you. Thanks Andrew
11-Apr-07 09:38 AM i dont think harry is a horocrux David Storey henryo13@hotmail.com On the website www.beyondhogwarts.com they say harry might be the last horocrux but i dont think so because why would voldemort try to kill him? i
11-Apr-07 10:58 AM chapter 17/18 ez gedaliah@artscroll.com I don't get it, what was You-Know-Who's final question?
11-Apr-07 12:54 PM David & EZ Jeff Here 1) Voldemort did not know that Harry carried the final horcrux. Remember, it was supposed to be Gryffindor's blade. 2) Voldemort's final question was: "Did you carry the last horcrux?"
11-Apr-07 01:25 PM Veil of Death Lin amiesmom42@hotmail.com Jeff, I thought this was an incredibally imaginative story and I loved all of it, except Neville's death. Glad you got Malfoy though. He deserved it. Snape was a pleasant surprise also. I always kept saying I believed in Dumbledore's trust. Thanks for such an intertaining piece of fan fiction. the best I've ever read!
10-Apr-07 07:57 AM Snape David Storey henryo13@hotmail.com I believed Snape was a killer and a follower of Voldemort as soon as read the first chapter in the 6 book.
07-Apr-07 06:01 PM Harry Potter Sarah Tang sarahtang2002@socal.rr.com This was such an EXCELLENT book that at first I thought that it was written by J.K.Rowling herself!!!
07-Apr-07 06:05 PM Draco Malfoy Sarah Tang sarahtang2002@socal.rr.com WHY DID HE HAVE TO DIE??!!?!?!?!?!?!?!
06-Apr-07 10:54 AM Great ending! Rachel Prosser rachel.prosser@o2.co.uk I loved the style and can only hope JKR believes a happy ending can be made to work! The fact I read it at one sitting says it all. Well done.
05-Apr-07 12:51 PM The story Joel j_ricketts06@hotmail.com This story is aboslutely fantastic. I was just as glued to the screen as i have been to the pages of JK Rowlings writing. Bravo.
05-Apr-07 08:27 PM Drawings Michelle michelley_welley00@yahoo.com Did Amanda draw those? Just wondering. :D
03-Apr-07 10:25 PM great line! LV Domsgramma@yahoo.com "In perhaps the bravest thing it had ever done, Fudge's heart ended the agony." That is a great line - it totally captures the essence of Fudge.
30-Mar-07 05:05 AM Well done! LuLu forwardfiles@gmail.com I've been anxiously awaiting the release of the final book and in the mean time have read many HP fanfics. IMHO this was probably the most well written. I feel that you captured the essence of the characters as written by JK Rowling. I'm very much a Harry Potter fan and after reading your version of Book 7, I'm looking forward to the book being published. You have a talent for holding the readers attention. Which when writing fanfic of this nature is pretty difficult. Or at least holding MY attention is hard. So...congrats on a story well written.
29-Mar-07 12:04 AM Hagrid yappa1 pegsmale@yahoo.com Did I miss something.I don't remember Hagrid in the e-book
29-Mar-07 08:25 AM Hagrid Jeff Here Hi Peg. You didn't miss anything. Hagrid plays no real role in my mini version here.
26-Mar-07 03:11 PM Veil of Death Carol Merritt NCCarolMerritt@aol.com Are there other stories. I have been waiting for all these years for someone else to pick up on writing more stories and continuing the stories. Won't someone write some stories about Hermoine when she graduates from Hogwarts. When JK is done writing her books, someone needs to take up the wand and go forth. I just came upon this site by accident and hope there will be more.
22-Mar-07 01:33 AM THE NEW BOOK Danielle dkglauner@mail.com I JUST GOT DONE READING THE EBOOK AND I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE FULL VERSION. I'M A HARRY POTTER FAN AND NOT AFRAID TO ADMIT IT, EVEN THOUGH I'M 30 YEARS OLD. IT WAS VERY AWESOME!!!!!!!! i CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!
20-Mar-07 05:44 AM Sooo... ginnyrules demond@gmail.com So how did Harry know the spell to 'destroy' a horcrux?
20-Mar-07 10:34 AM Soulus Extinctus Jeff Here "Extinctus" is a general spell (curse, if you will) to destroy something with living properties. If you added "Soulus" to the curse, then you would destroy that particular soul (or in this case, part of the soul).
20-Mar-07 03:01 PM this book daoneandonly jeromej1090 that was a seriously good story
18-Mar-07 12:57 PM Chapters 3 & 4 Lauren R lauren.rodolico@gmail.com As amazing as the last two! Great job. Off to read the next!
18-Mar-07 01:08 PM Chapters 5 & 6 Lauren R lauren.rodolico@gmail.com Wow, so Harry found a horcrux! Very nice. How did he find the spell to remove the soul?
18-Mar-07 01:19 PM Chapters 6 & 7 Lauren R lauren.rodolico@gmail.com Wow, Gryffindor's own knife? Malfoy dead? Got to keep reading.
18-Mar-07 03:03 PM Chapters 9 & 10 Lauren R lauren.rodolico@gmail.com Hmm. Great clif hanger! Got to read more! ~=)
17-Mar-07 07:02 AM Chapters 1 & 2 Lauren R lauren.rodolico@gmail.com I loved it! Almost as good as J.K.R's, I's say. Very nice interpretation. I write a fanfiction myself, Harry Potter and the Power the Dark Lord Knows Not. Any tips?
16-Mar-07 12:45 AM Chapters 1 and 2 Jazzi magic14girl@yahoo.com That. Was. Wonderfull. Almost like a real Harry Potter book Keep it up!!!
16-Mar-07 02:18 PM :) Kera x11kerafaith11x@yahoo.com I thought this was a very giid interpretation of what might happen, and I was pleasantly surprised at the style. Plus, you included some details I personally want to see happen in the last book, so great job!
12-Mar-07 09:16 PM COOL! Annalise annalise.gymnast4life@gmail.com you should write more. This story was great! Have you written any othres?

26-Feb-07 02:28 AM This Story Jon dubi01@gmail.com I liked it. Not too long, not too short. Just right! Thanks
23-Feb-07 02:13 AM Harry Potter and the Veil of Death/ it is so awesome Florin Helf iloveoprah@hotmail.com This story realy captures some great ideas and moments. I hope J.K. Rowling has read this, it is phenominal! You (Jeff Starr) inspire all of us to folow in your footsteps. This book has allowed me to dream and anticapate like no other thing in my life: nothing has allowed me to escape my daily life as Harry Potter does. I can't wait to go an buy the special edition of the last installment of Harry Potter. Lastly i would like to congradulate you one more time on your great writing skills and time to put this toghether. Thanks, from the bottom of my heart!
23-Feb-07 09:12 PM ? Crash helanamirian@hotmail.com So, how did Harry create a Horcrux? I was confused by that. Murder? And why didn't Voldemort know what the scar was? If he created it himself? nice fanfic, though. I did read the whole thing.
21-Feb-07 11:00 PM Very Clever Ryan Ryno26@Gmail.com I'm impressed. A style of writing similar to her own, though obviously lacking in the dialog (I don't blame you though =P Makes it shorter!) Aside from Harry having a much more 'leader' like attitude in it and more confident that normal, very good. I love the ending, she is supposedly going to finish the book in a way that doesn't ''kill'' off characters; but closes and sinches ties. Very nicely done
20-Feb-07 02:13 AM Love it Hillary hiko73@gmail.com Hello Jeff ;) Thanks for the story :)
19-Feb-07 08:15 PM Out of this world Friend ttswoody@yahoo.com That was excellent I enjoyed it as much as the books. Thanks for the fix
18-Feb-07 01:57 PM This was really good! Ladyhawk Ladyhawk325@msn.com I really enjoyed this story. It was a great "Potter Fix". Keep writing!
18-Feb-07 11:31 PM I cheated!!! Colleen DementorShoes@aol.com Jeff, I jumped to te end, curious to see if you shared the ending I mysef have floating in my head. My kids have begged me to write it all down, bt time is not on my side. I was amazed at how similar your ending was to mine, with the differences being small ones (Ron and Hermione have the twins instead, for instance). The biggest difference in "my ending" is something I think you have inspired me to write. It will just be an ending chapter. Thank you for your story (I am going to go back and read from the start now, I have NEVER read an ending first before). And thank you for the inspiration.
16-Feb-07 09:36 PM I tottaly loved it! Taylor stinsonhpluver@aim.com This was really cool. i hope the seventh book is exactly like this.
16-Feb-07 09:36 PM I totally loved it! Sky daylite_sunshine@aim.com This was really cool. I hope the seventh book is exactly like this.
15-Feb-07 10:50 PM Awesome Taga4ever s-tgandham@lwsd.org Really good! amazing style of writing
12-Feb-07 04:12 PM book7 jessie loonyluna@aol.com it was ok but it needs more dialogue and the style is way different than what Rowling uses. but good try i think that i will have to wait till the real one comes out to see which is better
10-Feb-07 03:26 PM your book anonomous likeimgonnatellu@hotmail.com you were great. its really good. jk rowling will be proud. Lol
07-Feb-07 07:39 PM love lon lotr27@msn.com i love h*****
07-Feb-07 09:49 AM Harry Potter and the Veil of Death Alicia liluz_16@hotmail.com I absoulutely LOVE your version of the 7th book! I especially LOVE the parts with Ginny since she has been my favorite character since the first book! I personally love writing Harry Potter books since first grade but have never written anything as well written as that! I'll probably post a story myself so please look for one by Alicia!
05-Feb-07 04:01 PM coolio Liv Anyanka305@gmail.com I agree with the good peoples!! This is such a cool version of the seventh book. J.K. should read it herself!! My friend will freak over this fanfiction! His cousin postponed their own wedding because of the seventh book's coming out on the same week!!
04-Feb-07 12:10 AM Sophia Jeff Here Thank you for all your efforts in writing and analyzing. I am not an English major, and I was most thankful to have two knowledgable people edit my work before I posted it. I am happy with it, and the path that I chose. My intention was to keep things brief, so you are quite correct that I could have expounded on many subjects. About some other things, however, you are wrong. Thanks again. >^.^<
04-Feb-07 10:17 PM all um... www.bxh22uvxz@yahoo.com amazing... that was almost as good as all 6 put together
02-Feb-07 01:22 PM hp and the veil of death sierra klkengland@yahoo.com OMG! Your fic was just as good as the Harry Potter books them self! I hope you will write more, because I'm dying to read more!!!!!

I've been trying like crazy to get my fic accepted by Mugglenet. Have you tried submitting this to Mugglenet? Regards, Lena
01-Feb-07 07:10 PM loved it 27nakidatheart 5kfam@charter.net i have 3 kids of my own and we lo
